Neck welding flange

Neck welding flange is a flange commonly used in high-pressure pipeline systems. It has strong pressure resistance and good sealing. The flange is welded to the pipeline through the flange neck and can effectively withstand the high pressure and high temperature in the pipeline. Neck welding flange is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, and is suitable for pipeline systems that need to withstand high working pressure and temperature.

Neck flat welding flange

The flat welding flange with neck is a high-strength, high-tightness and widely used pipeline connection flange. The flange is connected to the pipeline by welding through the neck of the flange. It is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature working environments, especially widely used in pipeline systems with high pressure and sealing requirements. The design of the flat welding flange with neck is connected to the pipeline through the neck of the flange, providing a more solid connection and higher pressure resistance.

Plate type flat welding flange

Plate-type flat-weld flange is a common pipe connection flange with the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and convenient installation. It is suitable for pipeline systems with low to medium pressure and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, and electric power. Plate-type flat-weld flange is connected to the pipeline by welding, without the need for additional threads or holes, ensuring the sealing and stability of the connection.

Blind Plate

A blind flange is a flange without holes, usually used to close ports or openings in a piping system. It is used to prevent leakage of fluids or gases during pipeline installation, overhaul, shutdown maintenance or testing of pipeline systems. Blind flanges are generally bolted to flange joints to tightly close the openings of pipelines or equipment. Blind flanges are critical sealing components in pipeline systems and are widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemicals, and electric power.

Socket flange

Socket welding flange is a flange used in high pressure systems, usually used to connect small diameter pipes. It is sealed and connected by inserting the pipe into the inner hole of the flange and welding it on the flange. Socket welding flange has good strength and sealing performance, and is widely used in pipeline connections under high pressure, low temperature and high temperature conditions in petroleum, chemical, electric power, steel and other industries.

Threaded flange

Threaded flange is a pipe flange connected by threads. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, and shipbuilding to connect pipelines or equipment. The main feature of threaded flange is that it does not require welding and is directly connected to the pipeline through threads, which is easy to disassemble and install. This flange is widely used in low-pressure systems and pipeline connections, especially in places where welding is not suitable.

Loose flange

Loose flange is a pipe connection flange that does not require welding and is mainly connected to the pipe by bolts and gaskets. Unlike traditional welded flanges, the design of loose flanges allows a certain amount of loose space between the flange and the pipe, so that the flange can be easily disassembled and replaced. It is widely used in pipeline systems that need to be regularly disassembled, inspected or repaired, especially for medium and low pressure pipelines and working conditions. The advantages of loose flanges are the ease of installation and disassembly, reduced maintenance costs and flexibility. They are widely used in many industrial fields, such as chemical, electric power, oil and gas, water supply and drainage and other pipeline connection systems.

Eight-hole blind flange

The figure-eight blind plate (Eight-hole blind flange) is a closed connection device used in pipeline systems. It closes the opening in the pipeline system by connecting it to the flange of the pipeline, and is usually used for temporary blocking during pipeline installation, maintenance or system debugging. The figure-eight blind plate is a temporary sealing tool for the disconnected part of the pipeline, suitable for pipeline systems that need to be repaired or modified. The "figure-eight" of the figure-eight blind plate refers to the fact that there are multiple holes on the blind plate, which is usually to meet special installation requirements or to increase the connection strength through multiple bolt holes to ensure safe use in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, pharmaceutical and other industries, and is a highly reliable pipeline accessory.
