90° Elbow

The 90° elbow is one of the commonly used accessories in the pipeline system, mainly used to change the direction of the pipeline. Its bending angle is 90 degrees, usually used for sharp turns of the pipeline or occasions where a large angle of turn is required. The 90° elbow can help the pipeline system to smoothly complete the direction adjustment, especially in the case of limited space or complex pipeline layout, it can effectively optimize the pipeline direction. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, construction, water supply and drainage and other industries, suitable for various fluid media, pressure and temperature conditions.

180° Elbow

180° elbow is a kind of elbow fitting commonly used in pipeline systems. It is usually used to change the direction of the pipeline and realize the reverse flow of pipeline fluid or gas. Its function is to change the flow direction of fluid or gas by 180 degrees. It is usually used to avoid fluid resistance caused by right-angle turns or when the direction needs to be adjusted during pipeline installation. 180° elbow is widely used in various pipeline systems, especially in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, construction, municipal and other industries to ensure the smooth operation and long-term stability of the pipeline.

Neck welding flange

Neck welding flange is a flange commonly used in high-pressure pipeline systems. It has strong pressure resistance and good sealing. The flange is welded to the pipeline through the flange neck and can effectively withstand the high pressure and high temperature in the pipeline. Neck welding flange is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, and is suitable for pipeline systems that need to withstand high working pressure and temperature.

Steel pipe

Steel pipe is a pipe product made of steel and is widely used in various industrial and civil pipe systems. It is usually used to transport liquids, gases, solids and other media, and has high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance and durability. There are many types of steel pipes, including seamless steel pipes, welded steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc., which are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, construction, refrigeration, and electricity, and are indispensable infrastructure in modern pipe systems.

45° Elbow

The 45° elbow is a commonly used fitting in the piping system, mainly used to change the direction of the pipe. Its bending angle is 45 degrees, and it is usually used in situations where a relatively gentle turn is required. By connecting with the pipe, the 45° elbow can achieve smooth flow of the fluid and reduce friction and pressure loss of the flow. Due to its relatively gentle design, the 45° elbow is usually suitable for most fluid piping systems and is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electricity, construction, water supply and drainage, etc.

Reducing elbow

Reducing elbow (also known as unequal diameter elbow) is a pipe fitting used to connect pipes of different diameters in a pipeline system. It has the function of changing the direction and size of the pipe. Unlike the standard equal diameter elbow, the pipe diameters of one end of the reducing elbow are different from those of the other end. It is commonly used in situations where pipes of different sizes need to be bent and connected. Its design helps to improve the fluid conveying efficiency, reduce the fluid resistance, and optimize the spatial layout of the pipeline. Reducing elbows are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, water supply, and water supply and drainage.

Neck flat welding flange

The flat welding flange with neck is a high-strength, high-tightness and widely used pipeline connection flange. The flange is connected to the pipeline by welding through the neck of the flange. It is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature working environments, especially widely used in pipeline systems with high pressure and sealing requirements. The design of the flat welding flange with neck is connected to the pipeline through the neck of the flange, providing a more solid connection and higher pressure resistance.

Rubber soft connection

Rubber expansion joint, also known as rubber expansion joint or rubber hose joint, is a flexible connection element used in pipeline systems. It is mainly used to absorb thermal expansion, vibration, offset and other mechanical stresses in pipelines. Through the composite structure of rubber and metal reinforcement layer, it can effectively relieve the stress caused by temperature changes, pressure fluctuations, improper installation and other reasons in pipelines, and avoid damage to pipeline systems. Rubber expansion joints are widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, construction, and municipal administration.

Tee

Tee is a commonly used pipe fitting, used for flow diversion, convergence or direction change in the pipe system. The function of the tee is to connect three pipes, which can be a straight connection or a branch connection, so as to achieve the distribution and convergence of fluids in the pipe. According to the different needs of the pipe, there are different types of tees, such as equal diameter tees (T-type) and reducing tees (reducing tees). It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, construction, water treatment, etc.

Reducing Tee

A reducing tee is a pipe fitting used to connect two pipes of different diameters, enabling fluid distribution or convergence. It can divert fluid from a large pipe to a smaller one, or vice versa, and is commonly used when pipe diameters need to be changed. Highly versatile, it is widely used in industries like petroleum, chemical, power, construction, and metallurgy. Unlike standard tees, the reducing tee has branches with different diameters, allowing for flexible fluid distribution. It typically comes in two types: concentric and eccentric reducing tees, differentiated by whether the branch pipe axes are in the same plane.

Plate type flat welding flange

Plate-type flat-weld flange is a common pipe connection flange with the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and convenient installation. It is suitable for pipeline systems with low to medium pressure and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, and electric power. Plate-type flat-weld flange is connected to the pipeline by welding, without the need for additional threads or holes, ensuring the sealing and stability of the connection.

Bellows

A bellows is a corrugated pipe, typically made from metal or non-metallic materials, known for its elasticity and compressibility. It is widely used in pipeline systems as a compensator, sealing device, and key component in pressurized pipelines. Thanks to its excellent shock resistance, high temperature tolerance, and corrosion resistance, bellows are essential in various industries. Commonly made from stainless steel, alloy steel, or copper, they offer strong pressure and wear resistance. Bellows can absorb pipeline deformation caused by temperature changes, pressure, and vibration, making them indispensable in industries such as petrochemical, power, metallurgy, machinery, construction, and shipbuilding.
